"OUR JARS HAVE A PAST - BY RECYCLING YOU CAN GIVE THEM A FUTURE"
- Johan Bülow
NEW JARS ARE RECYCLED AND RECYCLABLE
Our new jar is made from 100% recycled plastic (R-PET). We will remove the metal from the seal of the packaging. The lid is made of virgin plastic, but we are working hard on finding a more sustainable solution for this part of the packaging. Once you have enjoyed your liquorice and the jar is empty, we encourage you to help us protect the planet by placing it in the container for plastic waste – allowing it to have a new life.
RESPONSIBLE GIFT PACKAGING
We are constantly working on reducing the amount of packaging and the impact of the materials we use. Our gift solutions are made from 70% recycled cardboard. The empty carton packages should be disposed of in a responsible manner and the carton should be separated from the plastic tray.

We have partnered up with the NGO Plastic Change in order to drive positive change in the area of packaging in general and plastic in particular. For many years we've also supported Red Cross activities.
