12 oysters
VINAIGRETTE
| 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar |
| 1 tsp. SYRUP - LIQUID LIQUORICE |
| 3 tbsp. good olive oil |
| 1 tbsp. finely chopped shallot |
EXTRAS
Optional: salt or crushed ice
Lemon wedges
■ Mix white wine vinegar with liquorice syrup, olive oil, and shallots.
■ Open the oysters and serve them - preferably on a bed of salt or crushed ice - with the vinaigrette and lemon wedges.
TIP:
Oysters are one of the finest delicacies. Serve them for a small group or present them on a large tray with ice and let your guests open them themselves.
