Sea buckthorn lassi
Ingredients
200 g frozen sea buckthorn
0.5 l natural yogurt
2 tbsp SALTY LIQUORICE SYRUP
1 tsp FINE LIQUORICE POWDER
1 tsp cardamom powder
3 tbsp honey
½ lemon (juice + zest)
Instructions

A wonderfully refreshing drink in itself or as an accompaniment to Indian food Mix all the ingredients together in a blender. Blend to a smooth consistency. 

Serve in chilled glasses and sprinkle the top with a little FINE LIQORICE POWDER.
