Ingredients
200 g frozen sea buckthorn |
0.5 l natural yogurt |
2 tbsp SALTY LIQUORICE SYRUP |
1 tsp FINE LIQUORICE POWDER |
1 tsp cardamom powder |
3 tbsp honey |
½ lemon (juice + zest) |
Instructions
A wonderfully refreshing drink in itself or as an accompaniment to Indian food Mix all the ingredients together in a blender. Blend to a smooth consistency.
Serve in chilled glasses and sprinkle the top with a little FINE LIQORICE POWDER.
