SEA BUCKTHORN LASSI

A wonderfully refreshing drink in itself or as an accompaniment to Indian food

  • 200 g frozen sea buckthorn
  • 0.5 l natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp SALTY LIQUORICE SYRUP
  • 1 tsp FINE LIQUORICE POWDER
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • ½ lemon (juice + zest) 

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together in a blender. Blend to a smooth consistency. Serve in chilled glasses and sprinkle the top with a little FINE LIQORICE POWDER
