A - THE ORIGINAL was the first product developed when Johan Bülow was inspired to coat liquorice with chocolate - something that was not seen before in Denmark. People were at first sceptical about the idea, but the popular product A - THE ORIGINAL soon saw the light of day. The combination of sweet liquorice, exclusive milk chocolate and fine liquorice powder is, according to many, instantly addictive.

Liquorice coated with milk chocolate:
63% milk chocolate (EU)(sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifiers (soy lecithin, lecithin), natural vanilla flavour), rice flour, sugar, invert sugar syrup, treacle, glucose syrup, 3% raw liquorice (non-EU), rapeseed oil, salt, glazing agent: shellac, anise oil. Minimum 34 % cocoa solids. Minimum 18% milk solids. Gluten free.
