- 1 dl chopped herbs such as dill and parsley
- 3 dl corn oil
"Herb oil is something I make all the time at home when I have too many herbs left in season in the garden. I prefer parsley and dill, but you can add thyme and rosemary", says Niklas Ekstedt. Use a neutral oil such as rapeseed oil or corn oil. Chop about 1 dl of herbs finely, put in the glass jar and then add the oil. Leave at room temperature as the oil will solidify in the fridge.
